I’m Chef Jordan, a cooking instructor, food blogger, and caterer who has provided personal chef services for the past eight years. My cooking style reflects my early love of travel. Growing up, I had the privilege of exploring the world, and those experiences shaped my passion for global spices, herbs, and unique flavor combinations. I also worked in recipe development for local food and culinary brands through my company, DCEatings. Understanding that everyone’s palate is different, I’m looking forward to creating a menu tailored to your personal preferences, incorporating seasonal ingredients and accommodating any dietary restrictions, allergies, and other food needs.
