Die Ferienwohnung mit ca. 40qm und separatem Eingang ist modern und gemütlich und verfügt über eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. Der Ortskern von Warthausen liegt ca. 1km entfernt, wo Sie auch einen Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker mit Kaffee, eine Pizzeria und ein kultiges Restaurant befindet. Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken kostenlos im Hof.

Die 50m² Wohnung ist in unserem Wohnhaus integriert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss links und hat einen separaten Eingang. Im großen Wohnbereich ist eine großzügige Küchenzeile mit einer Essecke, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Spülmaschine integriert. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem kleinen Fernseher, Regalwand und Boxspringbett (180x200) ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage, der Markplatz ist in 3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Our nice basement apartment is integrated into our residential building. It is located on the ground floor on the right and has a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, kettle and microwave The bedroom is furnished with a flat screen TV and 2 armchairs. The apartment is in a very good location, the market square is a 3-minute walk away.

In the tiny house on the roof of the Fiddler's Green Pub in Pfaffenhofen an der Roth, you can really enjoy yourself: relax on the sun lounger, enjoy the hot tub and sauna with outdoor shower or make yourself comfortable in the tiny house. Grill something delicious on the sundeck or have food delivered directly from the pub to the tiny house via our app from Monday to Sunday starting at 5 pm.
