The apartment was renovated in 2018 with soundproof windows, new heating, bathroom, kitchen, kitchen, and bedroom. Full kitchen equipped with fridge, two hotplates, coffee maker, kettle and cooking utensils.

Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
