Easy access from rail and Illawarra Airport the rental is also close to highway for road access. Photos show this is a two room establishment with galley kitchen - bedroom - dining area and bathroom. Privacy and seclusion is guaranteed with ample off street parking. Tradies more than welcome. We do not normally provide for family pets as there are no fences.

This cosy 1 bedroom furnished apartment has everything you need for short or extended stays. RC A/C. The main bedroom has a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A light breakfast is also included. There is a smart 55"tv in the lounge and 40"in the bedroom, free wifi. It is located on second level. North facing private balcony. The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door. MAX 2 guests. NOT suitable for infants.

It is located in one of Lake Heights most admired streets, minutes from local shops, cafes, restaurants, yacht club, Nantien temple.Only 8 minutes drive to famous Port Kembla Beach, pool and Windang, 11 minutes drive to Wollongong, Shellharbour beach. 30 Minute to Kiama. Just over an hour away from Sydney.
