The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. You are looking for a retreat where you can work undisturbed and relax in a stylish atmosphere. Clean, everything brand new and functional and in an ideal location. 100 meters to the S-Bahn station 3 minutes to the Stuttgart trade fair/airport. 25 minutes to the center of Stuttgart, without changing trains. Right on the A 8 with its own garage. If you want to go shopping, you will find all the shops, grocery store, organic shop, bank, pharmacy and drugstore within walking distance. Within 15 minutes' walk, you can reach a forest and hiking area.

Relax with the whole family in 2 cozy double rooms, as well as a living room and bedroom, in a 90 sqm apartment in the basement of our beautiful wooden house in the idyllic district of Rübgarten. The spacious garden offers many inviting places around the house and merges seamlessly and without a fence directly into the Schönbuch Nature Reserve. Please note: access is via the metal staircase (see photos). No barrier-free entrance to the apartment is possible!

Cozy 2-room apartment

Schönaich is conveniently located near the A8 and A81 motorways. The airport and Messe Stuttgart are about 16 km and 25 minutes by car. By public transport (VVS), the surrounding cities and the S-Bahn are easily accessible by bus. From the apartment to the bus stop it is only a 7 minute walk. By car to the S-Bahn station Böblingen/Goldberg, it is about 15 minutes. From there, Stuttgart, the MHP Arena, ... can be reached by S1 without changing trains.

Cozy 70 sqm attic apartment in beautifully located farmhouse in the heart of the Upper Danube Valley Nature Park. Start your hike or mountain bike tour right from the house. You can also leave the car for climbing, as the Schaufelsen is in the immediate vicinity. Canoeing is possible on the Danube & the Danube Cycle Path passes about 500 m from the house. On the large orchard meadow there is space to romp and a great tree house to play in.

In the middle of Stuttgart and yet in countryside

With this comfortable apartment , all the important points of interest are close by-making planning your stay very easy. The subway runs right in the front of the house, directly to the airport and the centra train station. Can't be more central. The heart of Stuttgart is 10 mm on foot and 5 mm by subway . The spacious Apartment overlooks a terrace with a direct view to the large Garden. I speak fluent English and French.
