In the separate, small bedroom there is a bed of 140 x 200 cm and in addition a sofa bed in the living/dining area. Quiet location on the outskirts of Wannweil at the foot of the Swabian Alb, with very good connections (3-minute walk to the train station) to the Tübingen – Reutlingen train connection (7 minutes to Tübingen main station).

Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozy 1-room apartment with 36 sqm, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

Our lovingly designed apartment is part of our house built in 2016. The entrance is separate and leads through a beautifully planted atrium. The living climate is very warm and cozy thanks to lots of wooden furniture and real wood parquet. Mood lighting and underfloor heating invite you to relax and feel comfortable. The apartment is optimized for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 2 more people on the sofa if needed.

Our 65 sqm duplex was completely renovated in 2017. The modern, fully equipped 3-room apartment sleeps 4 people and is perfect for both families and business travelers. Modern, Well-Styled Apartment w/ Garage Parking

A spacious, modern 61sqm apartment, perfectly located in Lustnau-Tübingen. A bus stop is located directly in front of the building and there's a reserved parking spot in the underground garage. There's one bedroom with a king sized bed (180x200) and a sofa-bed (140x200) in the living room with a movable wall for added privacy. A covered terrace with a lawn in the back makes for a perfect, quiet getaway.

The apartment is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. Contactless check-in and check-out is no problem. The private terrace invites you to relax. The apartment is in a very quiet area in Großbettlingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb about 25 km southeast of Stuttgart. Metzingen is about 6 km away, Nürtingen about 5 km. We are also close to Reutlingen and Tübingen.
