The 150 sqm chalet goes over 2 levels. A spacious dining area with a new Kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven & microwave. On the ground floor is the living room, as well as another room with king size bed (180x200) & TV connection and terrace access. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with balcony access, in one of the two bedrooms there are single beds. Another bathroom with shower and bathtub is also on the upper floor.

Modern wooden chalet with fantastic view over the whole valley and into the stunning austrian Alps. 3 floors with supercomfy charme, located above Schwarzenberg and a 5 minute drive to the Bödele ski resort. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Located in the middle of the Allgäu mountains, at the Edelsberghütte: Alpine-charmant with modern comforts. The most romantic of our chalets. On site you can also be catered during the opening hours of the cabin gastronomy. For example, a regional breakfast, and much more. Please note that the chalet is not accessible by own car (nature reserve). Transfer/ luggage transport from the valley is possible on request (only during the opening days of the Edelsberghütte).

There are also cultural highlights, such as the Schubertiade, the Werkraum Bregenzerwald or the award-winning gastronomy. The chalet is only a 7-minute walk to the Bödele ski resort.

Start with a refreshing rain shower in the modern bathroom with the finest tiling. Prepare your breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. In the evening, relax in the cosy sofa area in front of the wood-burning stove or enjoy entertainment on the smart TV. Sleep heavenly in the 1.80 metre double bed.

The vacation home is about 140 m² and is ideal for 2 to 6 people. Entire vacation home exclusive - fantastic, sunny location at 1000 m above sea level at the edge of the forest with A LOT OF PANORAMA, basement with kitchen-living room, double room with shower/toilet and is open to the upper floor with living area with wood-burning stove, panoramic window and a bedroom with 2 double beds and bathroom/toilet. Mit der Seibahn Bezau schweben Sie auf 1210 m hinauf und erreichen das Hochplateau auf dem Sonderdach. Nach einem Fußmarsch von etwa 5 Minuten erreichen Sie unser Luxus-Chalet. Vor Ihnen Berge, Wald und absolute Ruhe.
