Der perfekte Ort für eine kleine Pause vom Alltag. Das 2-stöckige Penthouse auf 130m2 punktet mit einer einzigartigen Lage. Direkt neben der Wohnanlage befindet sich ein Restaurant. Falls Sie die Sonne geniessen möchten, können Sie nur vor die Türe gehen und sind direkt am See. Oder vielleicht zieht es Sie in die Berge, dann ab auf die Piste, die Gondelbahn ist in 300 Metern einfach zu Fuss erreichbar. Übrigens können Sie ohne Probleme mit dem Zug anreisen und sind in 250 Metern beim Penthouse.

Die Ferienregion Walensee/Sarganserland bietet unzählige Möglichkeiten sich aktiv zu betätigen, aber auch für Ruhe und Erholung.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Our cosy Swiss chalet is situated in Flumserberg Bergheim - a quiet residential area, the closest ski lift is 5min by car or accessible by public transport. The apartment is accessible down a flight of stairs with a separate entrance and private garden/patio. The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. Newly renovated & fully equipped.

From this location you can walk to the Unterterzen-Flumserberg gondola in a few minutes, to the Unterterzen train station in 150m or to the lake. The location is ideal for sports activities in winter as well as in summer. The region is very attractive and still a little insider tip away from traffic and mass tourism.

Luxe 3,5 kamer appartement direct aan de Walensee

Zeer mooi groot appartement met twee slaapkamers. Heerlijke locatie om te skiën in de winter of te zwemmen in het meer in de zomer. Het appartement ligt op 5 min lopen van de skilift. Het appartement heeft mooi uitzicht op het meer, de haven en bergen. Al met al een unieke plek op het park en in Zwitserland! Linnengoed en handdoeken zijn inclusief! Kinderbedje en -stoel zijn aanwezig. Ik verhuur mijn eigen appartement zelf en ben nergens bij aangesloten.

Unser gemütliches Studio befindet sich in Walenstadtberg auf 850m direkt unterhalb der Churfirsten, wodurch man einen optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Biketouren, etc. hat. Eine kühle Erfrischung bietet der Walensee, der zehn Autominuten am Fuße des Berges entfernt liegt. Den Tag kann man gemütlich an der Feuerschale ausklingen lassen und dabei den herrlichen Blick ins Tal geniessen. Es besteht eine Linienbusverbindung nach Walenstadtberg.
