Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Enjoy a cozy stay at this peaceful and perfectly-located place. The small apartment is newly renovated and modernly furnished including bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette & sitting area. The spacious balcony with great views of the mountains of the Bavarian Forest and over Waldkirchen invites you to linger (sunrise! ;) ). 4-minute walk to the heart of Waldkirchen with cafes, restaurants, Garhammer department store and much more. 5-minute walk to the Karoli pool, ice rink and outdoor pool.

A private, beautiful 2-room apartment on the upper floor of our house. Super quiet and close to nature at the end of a cul-de-sac with stunning views from the spacious south-facing balcony. Bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom with modern shower and bathtub. We love animals and therefore have chickens, ducks and cats on our property. Depending on the season, you can also get fresh produce from the garden! 20 minutes to the national park 6 min to the supermarket 35 min to Passau

There are great shopping opportunities there. Within thirty minutes, ski lifts, treetop path and the national park with bears, moose and other animals.

To the Czech Republic 30 km, Austria 15 km.
