The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic old-town building on the Danube. The bakery is on the premises; everything else can be reached within minutes on foot. Under the roof with exposed beams, a calm atmosphere is created. From the windows, there is a view towards the Danube and the green hillside. Centrally located in Passau: the Old Town, the Danube promenade with boats, as well as cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. Parking is available in the surrounding area.

This superbly renovated apartment is located in one of the most popular residential areas of Linz on Auberg. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and was still occupied by the owner himself until recently. In the morning, the sun shines from the east and in the evening from the west directly into the apartment. It's always bright. In 5 minutes you can walk to the tram or a small shopping center. The spacious apartment has about 70 m² of living space and is located on the 1st floor of an elaborately renovated old town house near the famous Passauer Dreiflußeck directly on the Inn. The location is very quiet. Only the living room has a window to a schoolyard where students sometimes make noise. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need, so plenty of linens, dishes, kitchen equipment, etc. It is ideally suited for 2 people, but an additional sofa bed is available.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night.
