With the nearest ski lift, Grafenberg, only 500 meters away, it's easy to reach both on foot or with the convenient ski bus, which stops right outside the door. In summer, the town flourishes with activities such as golf, hiking in the surrounding mountains, cycling on the road and in the terrain, as well as an impressive water park, where access is free.

We are located at an altitude of approx. 880 meters, which makes our guests immediately feel the alpine feeling. With us you have the opportunity to enjoy relaxation & the Austrian idyll. For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Luxury Chalet "Saphire"

The beautifully located chalet with stunning views of the Salzburg Dolomites is located in the middle of the 'Dachstein-West' ski resort at an altitude of about 900 m. The chalet is very cozy and modernly furnished with top amenities. Particularly noteworthy are 4 en-suite bedrooms, i.e. with a private bathroom with shower and toilet. Our highlight – heated outdoor swim spa with counter-current system. This opens and closes comfortably via an automatic electronic motor control.

Parking is free in the building's car park. The nearest ski lift (Gravenberg) is only 500m away and can be reached on foot or by the ski bus, which stops right outside. Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

The apartment consists of an anteroom, bathroom and separate toilet. 2 bedrooms in the apartment and a pull-out sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker and kettle.) Towels and linen provided. Terrace and balcony overlooking the Salzachtal, located directly on the ski slope of Sportwelt Amade. Quiet location at 1000 m above sea level overlooking Hochkönig and Heukareck.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
