The sunny, bright granny flat is on the ground floor on the southwest side of an organic wooden house with a wooden veranda to the south and west side, with outdoor seating and an associated private garden. In the cozy atmosphere of the wooden house with a healthy indoor climate and quiet location, you can feel comfortable and relax. The sofa bed in the kitchen-living room can be converted into another single or double bed (2 m by 2 m). In addition, a crib and high chair are available on request.

An inviting bedroom features a quilt-covered bed situated on a tiled floor. Arched brick ceilings enhance the space, complemented by large windows allowing natural light. A wooden wardrobe and a small desk with a chair are included, along with a warm-toned area rug.

2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Relax in our newly renovated apartment in a quite countryside location well within striking distance of central Salzburg. Our Guesthouse is located approximately 2.5km from the warmest lake in Upper Bavaria, Waginger See/Tachinger See. This is accessible by foot, car and also by using one of the many well signposted cycle routes located directly outside the apartment. In the winter months there is plenty of cross country skiing routes in the local area and great ski resorts within 50km.

We offer a 50 sqm apartment with mountain views! We live here very remote and quiet so the perfect place to really switch off! The beach in Taching and Tengling are each about 2 km away. Within walking distance: lido, popular restaurant, bus line (runs daily but not hourly ;-) Here you will be: Tettenhausen, a district of Waging, is a climatic health resort in the beautiful Chiemgau region. We are located directly on cycling and hiking trails. Ideal starting point for many excursions by car: ca. 30 km to Salzburg/Chiemsee/Ruhpolding and 50 km to Berchtesgaden.
