On the southern outskirts of Höfen lies the cozy country house. From the bright apartment, newly furnished a few years ago, you have a fantastic, completely unobstructed view of the mountains. You can have a good vacation here with 4 people (including 2 children). The most comfortable place in the apartment is the sitting and dining area in the south-facing bay window. You feel like you are sitting in the middle of nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, stove, toaster, etc.

Vacation home on the Isar

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

Apartment on the edge of the forest overlooking the Zugspitze

Beautifully located, quiet and unobstructed on the edge of the forest. Facing southwest, there is sun from morning to evening. The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The modern, lovingly designed apartment was redesigned by a multi-award-winning architectural firm. The car parking space is right in front of the apartment.

Only for 1 or 2 Persons (included Children)! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Modern apartment with luxury amenities that accommodates two people. Chic bathroom with large shower cubicle. Great large and quiet terrace just for our guests! Fully equipped kitchen! The Roche company is a 20-minute walk or 5 minutes by car. Super location in the Alps, only 40 km to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, 50 km to Munich or 100 km to Innsbruck, Lake Kochel and Lake Walchen can be reached in half an hour, Lake Starnberg and the Osterseen are very close!

The apartment Linda is a modern, spacious 1-room studio, which has just lovingly and modernly furnished by us in Bavarian style. In addition to a small pantry kitchen in the entrance area, the apartment has a daylight bathroom with shower tub, a spacious living-bedroom with large double bed, real wood flooring and a flat-screen TV. The apartment is located in a very well-maintained apartment building in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Schnoaderhof

Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain and cycling tours, as well as small hikes. Family-friendly attractions are also nearby. In winter, you can visit the nearby ski & cross-country areas. In the area you will find many shopping & refreshment options. The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.

Nature hideaway above Bad Tölz: Badhäusl with charm

The charming Badhäusl, once the wash house of the adjacent former Alpenhotel Kogel, is a true gem from 1891. Located directly on the edge of the forest and surrounded by an idyllic flower meadow, it offers an incomparable natural experience. On 25 square meters, a comfortable sofa bed, a cozy dining area and a practical kitchenette await you. Enjoy cozy evenings in front of the wood-burning stove or by the campfire.

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at the beautiful Isar promenade and in the historic old town. You can do everything on foot. A car is not absolutely necessary. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. A perfect place to stay to explore beautiful Bad Tölz with all its sights and the beautiful mountain landscape. Also ideal for nature lovers and athletes!

Former carpentry shop in Bad Tölz

We converted my father's former carpentry shop into two apartments. One of them is reserved for you. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. Between the individual bookings (arrival and departure), a day's break is taken to have enough time for the measures.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
