As a small swimming lake halfway between the district city of Feldkirchen and the rural market community Weitensfeld, it is located far from tourist centers in a protected landscape area. The mountain cottage comprises about 59 m² of living space, has 2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room with kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms and a terrace of about 13 m². It is located at about 1000 m above sea level.

Ez a 62 m2 es apartman a karintiai Feldkirchen városka csendes utcájában fekszik. Külön bejáratú, földszinti, két hálószobából, nappaliból es fürdőszobából áll. A nappaliban konyhasarok található. Kényelmes elhelyezést biztosít 5 fő részére, de 1-2 napra 6 ember részére pótágyazható. Karintia az 1000 tó vidéke, a közelben található a Wörthersee az Ossiacher see, Gerlitzen és a Turracher Höhe síparadicsom is. Az idegenforgalmi adót (2,20 euro/fő/ éjszaka) , áraink már tartalmazzák.

Apartment with a dream view of the Karawanken, in fine weather all the way to Slovenia. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating for cozy warmth, in the kitchen fine wood stove for heating. In the middle of the Gurktal in a small village with some hiking and biking routes nearby. Within 10 minutes there is the shopping town of Feldkirchen with many possibilities. Within a very short time you can get to various lakes such as Wörthersee, Ossiacher See and Goggausee.

Whether alone, as a couple or as a family, this cozy, fully furnished apartment has everything you need for a memorable stay. It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

Exclusive residential unit, ideal for sports enthusiasts

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. In the immediate vicinity is the Alps Adria University of Klagenfurt, Lakeside Science and Technology Park, Lake Wörthersee. Mobility is possible in many ways. The bike path passes by the apartment. There are restaurants, a bakery and a pharmacy within easy walking distance. The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
