Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.

Welcome to Tonis_Landhaus in Germaringen! Ideal for up to 16 people, with 7 beds in 6 cozy bedrooms, a large living room with a tiled stove and two sleeping places on the couch, a conservatory, a dining room, a kitchen and a spacious garden with a fireplace and gas grill, the house offers plenty of space. It has 4 bathrooms (a guest toilet, two bathrooms with shower and a bathroom with bathtub) and an inviting basement with plenty of space.

A special, romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which the cube consists of inside and out. From the round window you have a wonderful view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via Airbnb (see separate Airbnb listing). On the wood and stone terrace in front of the cube, you can relax wonderfully and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Lovely!

The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.

Our idyllic home impresses with its bright conservatory, which is a real highlight in all seasons. Here you can relax, enjoy nature or end the day comfortably. In just a few minutes you can reach Lake Ammersee, the Alps, Munich and the historic city of Landsberg am Lech. Two bicycles and free parking are at your disposal – ideal for exploring Bavaria on your own and enjoying absolute peace and quiet at the same time.

Time out on the Lech

Stylish small vacation apartment in an absolutely quiet location, with a terrace and a small garden close to nature near Lech. You can reach the reservoir, where you can also swim, in five minutes by foot. Enjoy your morning coffee with sunshine on the terrace in the back garden and a cool beer by the river in the evening. We would be happy to advise you in detail on possible activities on site.
