Villa Mellon - amazing sea view and heated pool

This modern luxury villa has an amazing sea view and a 10,5x4m heated swimming pool with built-in jacuzzi. Located 17 km from historical city of Zadar, it has two floors, each with two bedrooms, modern kitchen and cozy living room with a large terrace in front of the sea and quiet surroundings. Every room has a modern TV and AC unit and the house has beautiful garden and 600 sq/m of open space. Each balcony has an open dining table and there is a large fireplace with lounge set next to the pool.

Pogled na more pruža se iz svake spavaće sobe . Udaljenost do trgovine i restorana je 300 m . Otok je dobro povezan trajektnim linijama iz Zadra i Biograda na moru, svakih sat vremena.

The villa consists of four bedrooms with private bathrooms, two guests toilets, a living room with a dining room , a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and heated pool. our guests have free parking, WiFi and barbecue. restaurants and supermarkets are near the accommodation. the whole house is air- conditioned. Vrsi pokraj povijesnog gradića Nina,,20 km do Zadra ,ako želite mir I tišinu tu smo.Do mora imate dvije min autom, u krugu smještaja imate dućan,pošta pekara,ljekarna u blizini je i ambulanta.Uz more imate restorane picerije kafiće dućane.Sa terase imate lijepi pogled na more povjesni gradic Nin i jos druga mjesta.Obala vam je dugačka a plaže raznovrsne i očaravajuće uvale gdje je more prekrasno i čisto.U dvorištu imate parking i roštilj.
