The apartment is located in the lower part of a family house with a large garden on a quiet street and consists of a living room (equipped kitchen, table, sofa), a bedroom with a workplace (bed, desk and two cabinets), a separate bathroom, a separate toilet and a small corridor. There is a fitness room in the house. Parking is on the property, enclosed. 5 min walk from the center of Vrbové and the bus stop. Approximately 15 minutes by car from Piešťany.

Mé ubytování je skvělé Je to ode mě blízko do Mohyla M.R.Štefánika na Bradle, Šikmá veža vo Vrbovom,dom Mórica Beňovského-prvého kráľa Madagaskaru, park miniatúr hradov a zámkov,hrady Čachtice,Beckov,Branč, Piešťany.. U mě si to zamilujete, protože kľud, ticho a pohoda. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry, sóloví cestovatelé, rodiny (s dětmi) a domácí mazlíčci (zvířata). Asi 10min pešo je obchod s potravinami,hostinec a multifunkč,ihrisko V pláne apartmánu sa jedná o podfarbenú časť " apartmán B "

Apartmán ponúka nádherný výhľad na vodnú nádrž Sĺňava. Pozostáva zo samostatnej kúpeľne so sprchovým kútom, z plne vybavenej kuchyne a z obývacej časti, kde sa nachádza gauč, ktorý sa po rozložení zmení na plnohodnotné spacie lôžko s rozmermi 180 x 200 cm (22 cm výška matraca). K apartmánu patrí aj balkón s posedením. Hostia môžu taktiež využívať vonkajší bazén s terasou a ležadlami na slnenie (predpokladané spustenie do prevádzky leto 2025) a mestské bicykle, ktoré ponúkame pre hostí zdarma.

NO PET REQUESTS Šikovný 1 - izbový byt, ktorý sa nachádza v obľúbenej časti Piešťan „sídlisko JUH“ na Javorovej ulici. Situovaný je na prízemí bytového domu. Pozostáva zo vstupnej chodby, kúpeľne s toaletou, kuchyne a izby. K dispozícii je vstavaná teplovzdušná rúra, práčka a chladnička s mrazničkou. V blízkosti obchody, detské ihrisko. Cyklotrasa vedúca na turisticky vyhľadávanú Lodenicu. Pár minút od centra a kúpeľného ostrova. V blízkosti sa taktiež nachádza rehabilitačné centrum Adeli.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Eco friendly house in nature with a nice view.

Modern house with a nice view. Eco friendly home which produces its own electricity. The house is situated in the back if our yard, separated by trees and garden from our family house, to maintain your privacy. The shower is only in the main house, but its not a problem to use it... :) We have a nice jacuzzi, which you can use anytime :) Moderny dom s peknym vyhladom situovany na konci zahrady. Ekologicky, produkujeme vlastnu elektriku, zberame dazdovu vodu, ohrev vody solarom.

Green side of Piestany!!

The apartment is just 15 minutes walking to the city center along the river and beautiful green area with horses and parks. Behind the horse area you will find the river Váh(good for swimming). The famous spa island is also within walking distance. This sunny apartment is with balcony and is located on the first floor of a new residential area. Safe and free street parking in front of the building. Nice and quiet place with everything you need to feel comfortable!

You will love your stay in a brand new apartment in an iconic building of Piešťany! Just a 10-min walk from the city center, with easy access to the train and bus stations (800m). Grocery store, restaurant, and Slovak pubs are around the corner. While private parking is unavailable, free street parking is conveniently available in front of the building.
