The cottage is located in the village of Kompoi, a settlement just 5 km from the picturesque Venetian Koroni. It is 1.5 km from the famous Peroulia beach. It is a two-storey house on a 12-acre estate of olive trees and vineyards. The 30 sq.m. ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen-bedroom and an outdoor bathroom.
