Spacious vacation home, close to Salzburg, in nature

Our family-friendly vacation home on our small farm is located in a very sunny and quiet location near the village, in the hiking area Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau). The Celtic city of Hallein can be reached by car in about 20 minutes, the Mozart city of Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes, and the nearest ski resort can be reached in 40 minutes. Various summer and winter hiking trails/bathing lakes invite you to fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. In 2026, my guests will also receive the Tennengau Card and mobility ticket by email.

Our light-filled, fully equipped studio is a special place to arrive, switch off and feel good. A stream ripples right in front of the bungalow, and your private swimming pond awaits in the garden. Lake Fuschl is only a 20-minute walk away. Surrounded by nature, mountains and lakes, you can hike, swim, cycle or simply enjoy the tranquility.
