Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen's cottage area with proximity to cross-country ski trails, snowmobile trails and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Kläppens ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes' drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage accommodates: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that in the bedded position is 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

One bedroom has a double bed and the other two bunk beds, a total of 6 beds. There is also a utility room with the possibility to hang and dry clothes in drying cabinets. WiFi and Canal Digital's full range is available. Bed linens and towels are not included. Cleaning is not included in the basic price but can be purchased from the host.

With delightful views of the slopes from the balcony on the top floor and the pool area just outside. During the summer, there is a swimming pool and paddle facility next to the apartment building. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Welcome to our cozy cottage! The cottage is in a quiet area, on Hemfjällstangen in Sälen. By car, it takes about 15 minutes to Lindvallen in one direction and Kläppen in the other direction. In summer, the mountains offer nice hiking trails. Fishing and berry picking are other favorite activities for us. The cabin accommodates 6 guests. Please note that the beds are in an open floor plan and that there are no separate bedrooms (see pictures). There is also a fireplace and sauna. Welcome!

Cozy cottage near Sälen & Kläppen - dogs allowed

I Transtrand, Vörderås, finner ni denna charmiga stuga! Här har man verkligen nära till det mesta: Kläppen (7 km), Lindvallen (9 km), Vasaloppsstarten (1,8 km) och Hemfjällstangen (5 km). Vid rätt förutsättningar har vi ski in/ski out till ett underbart längdskidspår längs älven, bort till Transtrandsbron och tillbaka. Spårlängd är ca 1, 6 km. Stugan är perfekt för det mindre sällskapet som uppskattar ett unikt boende och som inte har behov av att bo mitt i backen. Varmt välkomna till oss!

Ski in/out via transport road if natural snow is sufficient. Transport lift/ski trail: 200 meters to ski trail 40* 8+2 beds (3 x 160 cm and 4 x 90 cm wide) divided into 2 bedrooms + sleeping loft Smoke/Pet-free cottage. Guests clean up after themselves.
