First mentioned in 1754, the house was always full of people who lived and worked in it. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Alpine foothills, the Neuhauser stands in the middle of a tranquil community that can be the starting point for many beautiful excursions and hikes. The lovingly designed living room and kitchen area overlooking the courtyard invites you to linger. There is also a bedroom, a bathroom with tub, toilet and storage room. Parking is possible in front of the house free of charge.

This bright, secluded, small apartment is located on the second floor of my house on the outskirts of the village. The large glass front offers an impressive view of the mountains of the Salzkammergut. You share the house entrance with my brother Hans, who lives in the attic apartment. You can park your car right in front of the house.

A private balcony offers expansive views over the tranquil Traunsee and surrounding landscape. Bright sunlight reflects off the water, highlighting the distant hills and buildings. The balcony features a minimalist design with a smooth tiled floor and sleek railing.
