Der Festspielabend🎻🍾🌜ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten ohne Stau, am Bodensee entlang, sinnentspannend erreichbar. Das Haus liegt direkt am Campingplatz Weiß und Natura 2000 Gebiet.

Großzügige Terrassenwohnung in Bahnhofsnähe

Diese große, freundliche Wohnung bietet viel Komfort für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Von hier aus ist man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad sofort im Grünen, aber auch Bregenz und Dornbirn liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bäckerei, Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Zug ist man in 5 Minuten beim Festspielhaus in Bregenz. In unmittelbarer Nähe beginnt das Naherholungsgebiet "Lauteracher Ried" mit einem beliebten Badesee. Die ersten Schigebiete erreicht man in 20 Minuten.

Enjoy this family friendly two bedroom on the top floor (2nd, no elevator). It has a spacious living room, a kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with laundry machine and two bedrooms. The smaller bedroom has a baby cot. The living room has a collection of contemporary art and local culture books. The balcony with electric shades is open to the big sky above the lake. There is covered parking free of charge. Feel free to inquire about long-term stays and adapting the space to your needs.

The accommodation, which was completely renovated in 2022, extends over 90 m². Eat-in kitchen and terrace with a view of the lake make your stay an absolute relaxation. In 3 minutes you can reach the lake with a jetty for direct bathing fun. Ice cream parlor and Seebar can also be reached in 3 minutes. Here you can enjoy the evening with a sundowner or, of course, end the evenings by the lake on the spacious terrace. Bregenz can be reached in 5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes on foot.
