In the upper floor of our house on the outskirts of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst, our B & B is located. You have a private entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the option to enjoy the seat outside in peace. (breakfast is provided free of charge by us)

Relax completely in our beautiful wellness house "Weidezicht". The cottage is completely private. Spot deer, meadow birds,hares or kingfisher. Step on the bike for the most beautiful cycling routes, or walk one of the clog paths nearby. Make use of the bbq and outdoor kitchen ,enjoy the setting sun and the "meadow" view from the whirlpool on the veranda. Take a sauna session in the Finnish outdoor sauna. Light the wood stove inside and put on a music via the bluetooth inside (or outside).

The eco-home features a wooden deck with an outdoor seating area, including a swing and several chairs. A green roof adorned with vegetation complements the rustic aesthetic, while large glass doors provide easy access to the outdoors and invite natural light into the space.

Because it is made of sustainable materials, the atmosphere, warmth and acoustics are wonderful. Put your chair in the orchard, and enjoy the many birds in the garden and around the house. Or enjoy the buzzing bees above the green roof. On the front is a soccer field. Apeldoorn, Zwolle but especially Deventer are very easy to reach.

The house is located on De Emperer in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Oude IJssel, near Voorst and near the beautiful old Hanseatic city Zutphen. The towns of Deventer and Apeldoorn are also nearby. Beautiful walks and bike and mountain bike rides are possible, such as on the Tondense Heide, Landgoed Voorstanden and the Postbank. You can also relax at Thermen Bussloo.
