Gut abgesichert nur durch eine Zufahrtsstraße vom Haus getrennt. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

Nature & adventure vacation home

At an altitude of approx. 600 meters above sea level, at the end of a cul-de-sac, surrounded by nature, you will find our vacation cottage. Although in the middle of the forest, you are only about 10 km from the nearest supermarket, gas station, etc. In our fast-moving time, this should be a place to enjoy time in nature and tranquility. During your stay, we look forward to a visit to the Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (approx. 10 minutes by car from the cottage)

It is located in Edelschrott, Styria, Austria in the middle of a forest on a clearing. 4 hectares of meadows and forests all round belong to the house and can be used freely. Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!
