Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

Hello I am a private individual and I am Nikos,, I live in beautiful Kastoria , my obligation is to provide high quality at reasonable prices,I have a new studio with a wonderful view of the lake and the beautiful castoria. there is free parking right next to the apartment and one of the best restaurants in the city. Finally I will not forget to recommend beach walks walking or with bicycles which we provide free upon request thank you and have a good stay.

Υπάρχει θέρμανση πετρελαίου ( 30 Οκτωβρίου μέχρι 30 Απριλίου ) και θα παρακαλούσαμε να την χαμηλώνεται όταν φεύγετε ( παρέχει επίσης ζεστό νερό) Βρίσκεται στο Νέο Κωσταράζι, σε απόσταση 12χλμ από την πόλη της Καστοριάς, και στα 100μ υπάρχει Super Market , Φούρνος και Φαρμακείο .
