Villa with a pool and a jacuzzi

Cozy villa on 2 floors, with its own saltwater pool and circulation for light heating. The pool is used between April and October, and there is a convenient decking around it. The Jacuzzi works all year round, water temperature around 40 degrees. A large yard with cherry trees and greenery. Barbecue available. The place is secluded, it is a forest around. There is a shop in the village for the most necessary things. The town of Kyustendil is about 12 km away. About 50 meters from the house there is a spring with lovely drinking water from the mountain.

It is warm and cozy with 1 separate room, spacious living room, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 balconies. From 1 balcony you have a great view of the neighborhood.
