Lovely luxury villa, ideal destination for both summer and winter, overlooking the sea, barbecue and fireplace. It is 15 minutes drive from the city of Nafplio and 5 minutes from Tolo. It is fully air conditioned and has all the infrastructure (kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Espresso machine, internet etc smart TV). At a distance of 3 minutes you will find one of the best beaches in the area, the famous Kondili.

A spacious terrace overlooking the sea features a hanging egg chair and is surrounded by potted plants. The clear blue water and distant hills complement the area, while a shaded canopy offers comfort from the sun.
