Our guesthouse is located in Szattán, a small village in the Őrség region. The cottage has a sauna and a small garden with a fire pit, and right below the house is the village orchard. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, a small refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, and an electric kettle. You'll find everything you need for cooking and eating. The following fee is payable on site: In the village, the tourist tax rate for those over 18 years of age is HUF 400 per person per night. The fee for using the sauna is HUF 10000 per heating.

Welcome to our little farm As our guest, you'll sleep with a view of the forest and meadows, relax in the garden sauna, and shower in the cozy cabin. The wood-burning stove keeps the cabin nice and warm. There's plenty of room for culinary creativity: wood-burning stove, induction cooktop, pizza/bread oven, or barbecue. The outhouse is cozy and rustic, and the herb garden is wild. Our kittens occasionally stop by to say a playful hello. A place to slow down and connect with nature.

Bán house in Barabásszeg

The Bán family were nobles who determined the everyday life of Barabásszeg and Zala counties for centuries. The family left the house and the village and no one even remembered that its painted ceiling, spacious interior, old furniture, cellar and huge garden were the miracle itself. The deer are used to it, and the walnut, pear and plum trees are burial grounds for them. The renovation has preserved everything possible, we are also at peace with the deer and share the garden.

I offer a friendly apartment in the first, completely separate part of a family house (one room, kitchen and bathroom with shower). The garden is a common area, yet separate. Nearby Zalaegerszeg, Körmend, Göcsej and Őrség. Within 10 minutes 2 lakes to bathe and fish. A quiet, nice little village that provides a pleasant rest, a good starting point for a trip. An ID card is required for check-in, mandatory registration.
