Fantastic house and garden. Fjord view, boat and fishing.

Spacious and beautiful house in quiet surroundings. The cabin is located on a large sunny plot with a beautiful garden and fjord view. 4 minutes to walk down to a great pier with a boat and a boathouse. Fishing opportunities from land or boat. Hiking opportunities that are stroller/bicycle friendly and in forests and mountains. Shared playground and a nice beach with excellent swimming opportunities. Older summer house with very short distance to outdoor pool, beach and city center! Secluded location with terrace, garden and parking Friendly neighborhood with sound from both dogs, kids and adults. The house is noticeably old and is characterized by it, but is great for holiday and leisure - very best in summer! Park your car and relax, everything you need is close by. Recommend evening sun and sunset on the beach. Washing machine, dishwasher, tv w/chromecast, garden furniture, equipment for play in the garden or beach

Enjoy yourself with your loved ones at this family-friendly place. At Solfonn you have great mountain hikes and ski slopes in the immediate vicinity. Odda city center is only 25 min by car, Røldal ski center is about 15 min by car. Trolltunga and Dronningstien are popular trips in the immediate area. At the solar, we have a pool that is open during the autumn holidays, as well as from Christmas to Easter. We also have a common room with a table tennis table, darts and TV where people often gather to watch football matches

The apartment is spacious and has good standards. 3 bedrooms, and loft living room with sofa bed. Wood-burning stove in living room. Access on TV upstairs and downstairs. Toys and multiple games for free use. Shared youth room in basement with table tennis and possibility for gaming with its own PC. Ballbinge and common areas with outside benches/fire pit. Relax with your family at this peaceful place to stay. Nice and quiet with amazing views and sun. Only 20 minutes from Sauda. It is a 2-3 minute walk down to the sea with several swimming and fishing areas. Fantastic hiking areas just nearby, for example Lølandsnuten and Fattnesnuten. Here is a driveable road all the way and good parking opportunities. - Wood-fired hot tub. - Frying pan. - Toys and games for children. About 35 minute drive to the alpine center in Sauda.

Great holiday home in scenic surroundings with its own indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna. In the tastefully decorated living room there is an open kitchen with large dining table with room for everyone around the table. There you can enjoy a good meal with your family and friends. Marked hikes in the area lead you to nice peaks. One of Norway's finest golf courses is close by. Good fishing opportunities in the sea/sea down by the jetty 200 m from the holiday home.
