Attico composto da: ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista, un comodo divano-letto ad L, un tavolo confortevole e allungabile, grande TV a parete con dvd e impianto hi-fi. La cucina è completamente attrezzata, in piú è dotata di lavastoviglie e macchina del caffè. Camera da letto con porta-finestra vista mare, un grande armadio e un letto matrimoniale. Bagno con doccia matrimoniale. A completare l'appartamento, un meraviglioso terrazzo di 50 metri quadrati con vista sul mare e barbecue, una casetta-studio di legno con scrivania e lavatoio e una casetta-ripostiglio con lavatrice. L' attico è situato a 80 metri dal mare, con accesso in spiaggia, e a dieci minuti da porto e stazione.

Open space composed of a double bedroom, small living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen and a 120 m2 terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the city. It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
