Two galleries, the main one with a large grill. A 17 x 6 meter pool, heated in summer. The gated community La Escondida de Manzanares is located a few meters from the town center, and close to the main polo courts. 24-hour security and daily cleaning included.

Dreamy villa! Ideal rest (new)

The villa is close to everything; 10 minutes from the Austral hospital, 10 minutes from shopping centers, 15 minutes from Polo clubs in the area. The neighborhood is really calm, The street is closed with a field gate. The house has simple details that breathe love and dedication. The bright colors of the house are part of the rest. The best part is the park and the gallery. When it's cold or it's time to rest, lying on the armchairs, while still enjoying the outdoors through the window is fantastic

A divine house with a fenced pool in a private neighborhood

House in Barrio Privado just 2 KM from the Panamericana (Route 8) and 10 minutes from the village of Capilla del Señor. 2,000 square meters with years of trees and autochthonous plants. It has a fenced pool with large solarium, grill, bar, trampoline, soccer arch, WIFI, TVs, kitchen, washing machine, lounge chairs. At the bottom of the land there is a burner sector. Everything you need for a nice stay in a very peaceful place. The neighborhood has a soccer field, lagoon and games for children.
