The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, intended exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
