We ask our guests to take into account the size of the apartment, 36m2. The apartment is not suitable for children of 12 years old and under, and we are unable to accept them. As from 2023, the official Government Tourist Tax is 2.00 Euros per person per night.

My apartment is a short walk from the beach, with all amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, train, bus) within a 5-minute walk. Apartment with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, swimming pool and private parking perfect for its location and lighting. Perfect in a quiet area and 45 minutes from downtown Barcelona. This fantastic studio is located in a great area of Sitges called San Sebastian beach, only 30 seconds walk to the beach, and it is on the ground floor of a modern 4 story block with its own private sunny garden. Only mins. walk to the town centre and main station and all essential amenities, with Barcelona a short train journey away. Sitges is a lovely town 30 km south from Barcelone with many nice beaches, restaurants and shops.
