A 1h30min en coche de Barcelona, y dos minutos de Artesa de Segre, donde encuentras todo lo necesario para las compras. "Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. Ideal for couples and families. Easy access to beaches in 2 minutes and the promenade in 15. Wi-Fi and private parking.

Apartamento totalmente reformado, con aire acondicionado. En una situación privilegiada, frente al rio, con vistas al casco antiguo, muralla... realmente bonito. Es un gustazo desayunar o cenar en la terracita. Muy luminoso y fresco, con ventiladores en el techo. Ideal para familias, grupos de amigos o escapadas romanticas. El apartamento esta totalmente equipado. Nos esforzamos para que pases unos días muy agradable. Se puede disponer de una o dos plazas de parquing.
