Recently renovated apartment, located on the 3rd floor of the building and has an elevator. It has a double bed, full bathroom and kitchen open to the living-dining room, where the large sofa bed makes an extra bed. The location is unbeatable, 3 minutes from the Dalí Museum and the old town of Figueres. It has all the amenities and overlooks the public park. Close to all amenities. Public parking is 20 meters from the apartment.

The pool is located in the private garden of the apartment so it is exclusively for the users of the apartment. Expandable roof, always partially open in summer. Heated pool available from April to October, rest of the year pool not heated. New work and finishes. Bright and quiet. Ideal for families.
