Comfortable summer house (120 m2) in two floors with 75 m to the beach. Master bedroom with bathroom upstairs in a mezzanin facing the sea. Second bedroom and bathroom with cosy furnished patio towards open terrace with grill-place in the back. Spacious, open living room with 6 m to the ceiling integrated with open, fully equipped kitchen. In the front is a paved driveway for 2 cars in line and a welcoming, furnished terrace facing a beautiful garden with a small pool and an outdoor shower.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Cantinho Mangará consists of 4 fully equipped chalets surrounded by nature and peace. Sleep to the sound of waves and wake up to the song of birds. Just a 5-minute walk to the largest supermarket in Pipa, bakeries, Taipa, restaurants, laundries, and the Van stop where you can easily go to any beach. And just an 11-minute walk to Praia do Amor and 14 minutes to Chapadão. 13 minutes to the center.
