This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

Welcome to a cozy, quiet and practical accommodation, about 50 m2, on a lush farm in beautiful Vikarbyn next to Siljan. The farm is located next to forest, meadow and horse pastures in the upper part of the village. There is a grocery store in the village. Proximity to swimming areas, several restaurants and cafes. In autumn, there are plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests. During the winter, there are several ski trails, a plowed ice rink on Lake Siljan and ski resorts in the nearby area. In addition, access to everything else beautiful Siljansbygden has to offer.

The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

The cottage has been built in the old Dalastil. A living area of 107 sqm. Three bedrooms with two beds each and two beds in the upstairs hallway in the alcove style. The apartment has German TV and a fireplace. The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, stove, microwave., kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Extra guest toilet. Electric heating or wood stoves. Wood is available for heating. In winter, it is heated with wood. Trampoline and swing in the garden.

Welcome to our newly built attic apartment in a house dating back to the early 1900s. Through the large doors you can enjoy Siljan from the balcony as well as an open kitchen towards the living room and balcony. The apartment has two separate bedrooms. One with a double bed, and one with a single bed. This accommodation comfortably sleeps 3 people but it is also possible to sleep on the sofa or on a mattress (ask us to bring it to you). Stugan, eller Bagarstugan som vi kallar den, ligger på en vacker dalagård omgiven av en underbar trädgård. Här är milsvid utsikt och rofyllt läge i den lilla byn Utanåker ca 6 km från Rättvik centrum. Rättvik är underbart både sommar och vinter. Under sportlovs veckorna finns tillgång till flertalet skidbackar. Rättviks slalombacke (6 min), Orsa Grönklitt (60 min), Bjursås skicenter (20 min), Romme (50 min). Fina längdskidspår samt plogad isbana på Siljan när isen lagt sig.
