Close to all amenities because it is located in the middle of the village ,it also offers many ways to get to the center of Nantes. Just enjoying it.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

A spacious bedroom is presented, featuring a large bed covered with a light quilt. Two nightstands with lamps are positioned beside the bed. Cozy wicker chairs are included, and a skylight allows natural light to fill the room, accentuating the wooden floor.
