Nybyggt litet hus med sjöutsikt. Beläget i lilla byn Sätra, fin miljö för både cykling och promenader. Ca 4 km till centrala Rättvik, ca 5 km till arenan Dalhalla med många olika musikevenemang sommartid. Gästhuset ligger intill vårt bostadshus med sjöutsikt. Några närbelagda bostadshus, ändå lugnt läge. Kombinerat allrum och kök med bäddsoffa, blir en dubbelsäng utbäddad. Sovrum med 140 cm säng. Plats för 3-4 personer. Gäst står själv för sängkläder och handdukar (kan hyras) och städning.

A red small cottage on a large, private plot in the middle of Sollerön in Siljan. The house consists of 2 rooms and a kitchen spread over 2 floors. The space between the floors is not isolated. 2.2 km to beautiful swimming area and 2.5 km to the island's well stocked grocery store. In the immediate area there is beautiful nature and fields with sheep and horses. In the neighboring village of Gesunda you will find Tomteland and a mountain for skiing! Sollerön is located about 17 km from Mora.

Två eldstäder, en matplats, två uteplatser, en stor terass med utekök, massa roliga spel & wifi gör detta till en skön destination för semester för stora som små sällskap.

Stugan renoverades 2023, badrummet 2018. På promenadavstånd finns kiosk och mataffär samt lite längre upp i byn finns café, hotell och minigolf. 200 meter från ytterdörren ligger Byrviken, en utmärkt badplats. Inom 20 minuters bilfärd finns även Tegera Arena, Granbergets skidbacke och längdskidåkning.

Sängen är bäddad och rena handdukar är framlagda när ni anländer, här är det enkelt att trivas! Byn ligger längst med Siljan, med bil tar det 4 minuter till Leksand Sommarland, 8 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg.

Iconic 19th century Dalarna farmstead, quietly situated near Lake Siljan. A comfortable combination of modern facilities with many original details, including fully functional tiled stoves. DEPARTURE CLEANING, SHEETS AND TOWELS INCLUDED IN PRICE. A frequent comment from our guests is that their visit was too short. We recommend minimum three nights - there is much to see and experience, for all ages, in the area.
