In una parte di una casa colonica di 1.800 restaurata, "Villa la Valle" è una residenza semplice ed essenziale, ben tenuto, accogliente e assolutamente confortevole. Al piano superiore ci sono 2 camere da letto: una camera con una finestra, letto king size, aria condizionata e bathromm grande con vasca e lavatrice, la camera da letto con due letti singoli (che possono essere uniti) con due finestre e aria condizionata, un bagno con doccia . Al piano superiore vi è una sala lettura con con porta finestra sul balcone piccolo.Al piano inferiore si trova l'accogliente salotto con TV satellitare, camino e 2 porte finestre sul giardino dove si può mangiare "al fresco", la cottura sul barbecue a carbonella. La cucina ben attrezzata (forno a microonde, forno elettrico, lavastoviglie, tostapane ..) si trova in un angolo del soggiorno con zona pranzo.Ogni finestra alla porta di casa e un patio con vista sul giardino sono protetti da zanzariere, in modo da poter godere il fresco della sera, senza la distrazione di un volo occasionale o zanzara. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
