A guardhouse from the 14th (1390) Middle Ages, the 70 m² loft is located on the 1st floor (quiet alley in the historic center). Former captains' dwelling protecting one of the gates of the ramparts of Sarlat. Period architectural elements: ribs, sink, fireplace. View of the cathedral The loft has all the elements of modern comforts. Close to car parks, you can walk through the narrow streets of the old town without using a car. Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, La Maison de Marc, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful estates in Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the 18th century, everything here exudes peace, harmony and beauty. Located in the middle of nature, it is the perfect place to recharge and explore the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region. We converted this former farmhouse into a luxury home.
