This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers a bedroom with bunk bed and space for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with furniture and amenities of the highest quality. June - August is weekly rental.

Outside, you will find a small undisturbed patio with raspberry fields as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån.
