Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. From Varildgården there are great day trips to Charlottenberg, swimming or skiing in Torsby, Badeland and Selma Lagerlöf's spa in Sunne or a trip to Rotneros park. Sweden is about 4 km away. Charlottenberg shopping center is located a little further in. Alpine center about 20 min away. Kongsvinger golf club about 25 km and there is a golf course in Eda.
