Halvardhytta - Fjærland Cabins

Cottage with astonishing view in tranquil surroundings. Short distance to the fjord and a rowboat is available during the summer months. The cabin has a mini kitchen, fridge, small oven and microwave. No dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet, heating in the floor. Living room with lounge group, dining table and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are very small. Covered porch with outdoor furniture. Bed linen and towels are not included. When snow, you have to park by the road and walk the last 50 meters up to the cabin. Parking at the cabin during summer.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator and dining area with a fjord view. Out on the balcony you can enjoy panoramic fjord views and listen to the wind or the birds. It lies close to the fjord and a small beach. Perfect place for hiking, fishing and relaxation in a rural retreat. Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.
