You will have a large apartment of 60 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains. The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. Il Castellare is in a panoramic and quiet location north of the village of Mammiano. From the windows of the apartment, on the second floor, you can admire the surrounding landscape from Monte San Vito, the gaze passes towards the Penna di Lucchio, the Towers of Popiglio up to the unmistakable peaks of the Open Book. The famous Suspension Bridge, also illuminated at night, does not go unnoticed. You can also walk to the village of San Marcello in about 15 minutes.

Surrounded by terraces where the olive trees are grown and open on the hillside offers a large fenced garden to allow you and your pets to spend a pleasant holiday.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
