It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. A charming 1950s mansion in a splendid landscaped and wooded park, in the heart of Touraine, with jacuzzi access. It consists of two bedrooms equipped with TEMPUR memory foam mattresses (including a King-Sixteen bed), a bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room and a TV room. A terrace equipped with sun loungers and dining tables will seduce you. All close to all shops and three minutes from the historic center of Tours.

The Rock House

Our house is very atypical because it is semi-troglodyte. There is a very common characteristic in troglodyte houses, it is humidity... it is due to the absorption of small amounts of water continuously. So you have to dehumidify the air and heat it all year round. There is a courtyard in front and a large private park on the heights to relax with a picnic table and deck chairs. The car can be parked nearby.

The Secretariat

The house is inside our property but totally independent with access to the garden. It has a large south-facing terrace out of sight equipped with garden furniture. From 05/15 to 09/30, if weather conditions permit, you can enjoy the heated and secure pool. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels.
