Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 min to Kristiansand center with Aquarama, bystranda, kunstsiloen, Kilden, harbor where the Color Line goes from and the fishing pier. Living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, washing machine and bedroom with 80cm bed, which is extended to 2x80cm by two guests. Approximately 20 minutes by car to both the airport and Kristiansand. To Dyreparken and to Norway's largest shopping center + IKEA at Sørlandsparken it takes about 25 minutes. Vennesla is a cozy municipality at the intersection of village and city.

The apartment is incredibly central, with only 50 meters to the bus stop. Here you live in an area with a short distance to everything you need. Cozy cabin close to the river.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

This elegant residence is perfect for those who are going on holiday to the south this summer. The apartment is 2 years old, and has most of the facilities you need. Approx. 20 min to drive to Kristiansand, and approx. 30 min to Dyreparken. Beautiful hiking areas just behind the apartment. Bed linens and towels included in price.
