The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

Villa Colina del Mar is divided into 2 apartments in a large villa. Hang out together around the pool or sunbathe on your own private terrace. The villa is only 4 minutes from the beach on foot. Location is amazing due to the panoramic views, the spaces, the privacy and the sun of course! It is close enough to the city center for evenings outside but far enough away for peace and quiet. The villa is great for families with kids and big groups. Of course fast wifi with good coverage throughout.

Rustic air between Alpujarreño and Marroquí, it is a very cool house in summer and warm in winter, in addition to a pellet stove it has a large fireplace and a lot of natural shade from deciduous trees on the terrace. Wonderful Apartamento en Primera Linea de playa with a spectacular view to the sea. Located in the Las Gondolas urbanization, one of the best in the area. It has two pools, tennis courts, padel courts, basketball court, petanque, ping pong, playground for children and 2 restaurants. The apartment has WIFI and cold /heat air conditioning and it's a few minutes walk to supermarkets and bars. It has all the comforts to relax and spend an unforgettable vacation.
