The Estancia is 1.5 hours from Punta del Este, surrounded by the hills of Lavalleja and was renovated in 2005 in the typical Uruguayan Estancia style. You will have the entire main house to yourself. If you love nature, you will find wonderful peace and relaxation here, surrounded by animals, water and plant-life. Its dunes, its native river mountain, its flora and fauna, as well as the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean give it a unique appeal. Very sparsely populated, there are only 4 houses separated from each other for about 500 meters. There is no supply of electric light so the house is powered by solar lantern panel.

It is a house of self-construction, with bioclimatic design and natural materials. It features rainwater collection, Russian stove, wintergreen annexed to the house, ventilation and passive heating, water treatment and dry bathing!. The house has an upstairs room with a double bed and in the living room a sofa with a square and a half .. if the tenants request it you can attach an extra mattress.
