Dejlig ferielejlighed på 47 m². Indeholder entré, hvorfra der er adgang til badeværelse med bruser. I stuen, er der sofa, Smart-TV med alle DR kanaler samt mulighed for egen Netflix etc., spisebord, og udgang til dejlig østvendt, overdækket terrasse, med flot udsigt over Lillebælt. Huset ligger i en bygning med i alt 6 ferielejligheder, og ligger 2 km fra Hejls, hvor der er indkøbsmuligheder i det lokale supermarked samt pizzaria. Kun 19 km til Kolding. Legoland i Billund tager 55 min. i bil.

Sommerhus i vandkanten

Hyggeligt familiesommerhus lige ned til stranden. I huset er der plads til 6 voksne og 1 barn, i sommerhalvåret er der et hyggeligt anneks med plads til 4 voksne. Sommerhuset ligger ned til en af danmarks skønneste børnevenlige strande. Her er rig mulighed for dejlige gåture langs stranden, krappe fangst og et slag minigolf på danmarks ældste minigolfbane. I sommerhalvåret er der flere gode takeaway muligheder i området. Sommerhuset er renoveret i 2019, med respekt for husets historie.

Summer house with beautiful sea view

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.

Direkte udsigt over Lillebælt med egen strand

Huset er et gammelt, restaureret fiskerhus med en ganske unik beliggenhed 30 meter fra egen strand. Det er indrettet som helårsbolig med 7 faste sengepladser og mulighed for 1 ekstra opredning. Udsigten ud over Bæltet og gåture langs stranden er egentlig rigeligt i sig selv - hvis vi selv skal sige det - men der er også masser af alternative udflugtsmuligheder, f. eks. Bridgewalking, marsvinesafari eller en tur i Madsby Parken i Fredericia.
