Je loopt de deur uit en je staat gelijk in het centrum met leuke winkels en lekkere eettentjes. Je kan kiezen om een eigen ontbijtje te maken of 200 meter verderop bij Barista of Njoy te ontbijten. In mijn tuin is het een oase van rust. Pak de fiets om het groene hart te ontdekken. Kortom een plek om tot rust te komen na je bezoek van een grote stad.

The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. We have a comfortable and modern house at the cattle market in Utrecht. Perfect to discover Utrecht/Holland. The top 2 floors are available for the rental. What can you expect? You will share the front door and stairwell with our family. Up two flights of stairs and there you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you have an open kitchen, living room and beautiful roof terrace at your disposal. You can close your own space through a sliding door.

Close to nature reserves and the recreation area of the Maarseveense lakes. The cities of Utrecht and Amsterdam are also close by (20-25 minutes by car). Lovely place to relax. The house has a nice kitchen with dishwasher, oven and gas stove. There are solar panels on the roof.
